I'm excited by the 11 lbs I've lost since September 11th with the help of Medi Weight Loss, but I'm feeling a bit lazy today. My boyfriend at dinner offers me french fries at dinner and tells me cheating one meal won't hurt me, it is hard to stay motivated this way. French fries, garlic bread and potato chips are my nemisis.. I love them but they love my ars. :) I asked him why he was trying to sabotage my diet and he said, oh, no, I just feel bad for you... I moved the basket of French Fries to the other side of the table, finished my 3 oz of steak and went for a brisk walk in the park :)

I'm with ya! I too have a boyfriend that even though I know he's supportive overall he has NO idea how hard it is when he says "would you like a roll with that?" ..and the fries, OY! I have a hard time not "testing them to make sure they are cooked enough". Hang in there though! You did the right thing by eating the proper stuff and taking that walk! That's awesome and at that rate you'll get into that bridesmaids dress! Know that you aren't alone with the "doesn't frickin' get it boyfriend". He loves you, he just hasn't a clue what actually can help you. Hang in there!

Thank you, thank you, thank you... The first week rate was nothing like this weeks rate, but all things considered... I know he loves me and he's trying to be supportive.. The fries have not landeed in front of my plate since.. Now he's telling me he's proud of me :) *grin. I think I'll keep him.
