Took measurements today, down another 5 inches this month (20 total), great that 3 of those were off my hips. Body Fat % down to 31, BMI down to 42.9.
Didn't lose that many lbs this month, only lost 3 (18 total), but I will take what I get and see what happens this month.

Great job! Even though the scale does not reflect our losses, the inches lost sure does. Keep doing what you are as you are getting smaller. Congrats.

I think you are doing marvelously. 5 inches is SO MUCH! And, as far as lbs. go, every fraction off is better than weight on. I don't care how much I lose as long as I lose. Dr. Oz says that even ten pounds makes a huge difference in your overall health. Thanks for your inspiration.

Way to go!! 5 inches is a ton to lose, I am in the same boat with the not that much weight lost this month unfortunatly but as Johanne said every little bit off is better than a little bit put on. Keep up the great work!!

Thanks everybody for the continued encouragement and support. Got up on the treadmill tonight and increased to 35 minutes. As long as I stay in the yellow weight loss mode, I am not too concerned how fast I go. I manually alter the speed and incline to keep it exciting. Dare I say I might be starting to LIKE my treadmill...I can stop using it as a clothes hanger!!! LOL Plan to start off my morning tomorrow with Slim in 6! @Johanne...I love Dr. Oz!

Me too. I think he and Dr. Roizen are two of the best things to happen to the health field in forever. They are so down to earth, sensible and make learning very palatable and understandable.
