It feels so good to be back. My computer has been having a seizure, but with intervention, is now back so I don't have to do updating at work.
I am doing well on my carbs (the challenges help) and I have been exercising. It's painful and ugly to watch but I'm doing it. I am now able to get up and down the stairs at the place I workout without taking a break (less humiliation), so all is good.
Work is going well. I have 3 meetings this week which is not so good. The bus driving is wonderful. I love the new ones. They are so young and excited. I hope every year that they stay that way.

Congrats on keeping down the carbs and keeping up the exercise! I know exactly how you feel about the workout not being pretty. I keep expecting to be ticketed for treadmilling-while-tubby but it hasn't happened yet. The exercise pays off though, and I'm looking forward to the day when some out of shape person will see me running my skinny tail off on the treadmill and think, "Gee, I'd like to strangle her!" 'cause that's what I think when all those cute little skinny minnies are trotting around on the machines beside me!
