So I weighed myself this morning and I'm back up 3 lb again. I didn't record it because it really feels like I'm carrying a lot of water again. I haven't had any real slip ups in terms of what I'm eating. I had that glass of wine on Sunday and dessert (strawberry shortcake), but nothing naughty since then.

I'm sick of this bouncing around this weight.

I'm hoping I can flush it out before Saturday (my next 'official' weigh in).

I was at 264 for a long time several years ago, so I know that my body is comfortable here. I need to push through this plateau and get past it.

I say unless you actually ate over 10,000 calories (over your daily usual limit) in one day, the weight is definately water. But I understand, I tend to retain more water in the spring/summer so I try not to let it get me down. Any extra sodium hiding in the food you ate? Or is AF around?

I really believe it is harder for women then men because of our cycle issues and strange weight gains without explanation. I guess that is why we are only supposed to weigh once a week...but what if that one day is your extra water weight day? I am going through that myself right now. I am trying to drastically increase my water intake to try to flush my system.

AF just packed her bags a couple of days ago, so historically this is when I have the least amount of water weight. But I can feel it in my hands (rings are tighter) and my feet. I started using Crystal light in my water the last few days. Not every glass, but a couple a day. I know there's a fair bit of sodium in that. I'll go without it for the next couple of days and see what happens.

Ooh!! I had a Crystal Light slush the other day, and picked up 3 lbs in water for a couple of days. That might be it.
