Today is going to be a downer due to the rain and being late for work didnt help matters. Lets see what the day has in store for me today.

FIRST I want to say thanks for the encouragement from everyone means alot to me. Especially when I was feeling so down at first.

2:30pm

Well, I did beat everyone to the office including my boss. he was really late. The rain did it he said.

I couldnt walk around outside but I did walk around the building inside. Took the stairs a few times today also. Wonder how much that energy went in.

Doing good by taking m lunch to work especially with all the resturants and things in the area, also leaving car at home is a extra benefit no temptation to go out. Also saves gas.

Don't let the rain get to you. We needed it ayway. It was not the drought of last year, but we have had a dry spell. People just drive stupid in the rain around here. Have some good healthy food and focus on the cleansing nature of the rain :) instead!

Hey..you got up and moved despite reasons not to and that's a great thing! Good job taking your lunch, half of the success of lifestyle changes is planning in advance--something I am still working on. Great to see you back today!
