DAY 4: Sunday morning, just when I thought we would stay put for another night at such a nice camp, Jerry expressed that he wanted to be closer to the Page marina at Wahweap. So, after playing more on the jet-ski, we removed the anchors and headed out on the water again. This time we had blue sky and no storms, and we managed to find another good campsite with lots of sand -- not easy in this land of solid sandstone! We would rather have stayed out that far because the canyons are deeper and so neat to see, but we knew we had to be close to Wahweap because on Monday the jet-ski had to be returned and we had to camp close to the marina Monday night to be ready to turn in the houseboat on Tuesday morning. Anyway, Sunday night we had another fire pit -- but we were too full of dinner to want marshmallows!






Yes, that's one of my precious sons WAY out there on the jet-ski!
