Greetings! I am here and hanging in there as best as I can. It appears the weather may be breaking a bit - there is sunshine and some melting of the snow piles.
I hope for a return of my energy and drive to get the next 20 pounds off this body!
Last year at this time I was hopeless, dismal, and depressed... I had reached 247 pounds and thought there was NO way in Hell I could lose weight.
Today, I am down about 70 pounds! My Fat Secret one year anniversary is approaching, so I hope to regain my momentum and lose the rest of my weight over the summer!
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!

Hey, buddy. Good to see you hanging in there. I really think I would be totally lost without this site. The buddy system really helps. We'll get through these slumps. Here's to a renewal in strength and determination!

I am sooo glad I found this site when I decided to make a change for a healthier life. The support here is great. I just passed my one year anniversary here and it has been awesome! I am looking forward to reaching a new lower goal and together we can all do this!!!!

Yeah :) well done! You can do this! Overall I have 'only' lost 10 pound, but I have gained lots of muscles, experience, learned so much about food & eating habits. & most of all I have met a lot of lovely supporive buddies. Together we rock :)

Congrats on 70 lbs gone!! What an inspiration to us all. I'm with you on losing another 20 lbs this year...that's the amount I'd like to lose.

You and I started at about the same time, and idiot-box number, but I'm stuck at the 35lb mark...getting re-focused, tho, hit Curves 3x this week already, and planning on going again today. Unfortunately, they're not open on weekends... ;( but the weather is getting better, so maybe I'll get in a walk. Congrats on the 70lbs!!! have a great weekend!
