Started Flexible Dieting program just shooting for a ballpark area for Macros. This seems more sustainable than other approaches I have used and couldn't maintain.

Good luck Cordial, it sure works for me! I eat whatever I want to within my RDI and I don't track macros. 🌈🌈🌈
