Bet it's easier to do when you're in good shape! Do you think being in good physical shape keeps your mind and reflexes sharper? Seems like it would - like just all around better. 

@davidsprincess- It does help stay sharp, and the cold rainy conditions keeps us on our toes with new challenges. It more than likely will not be a perfect sunny day when sh*t hits the fan. Everyone seems to want to run when it's cold, rainy, or snowy out smh. And always when I have to pee! I know TMI But it's true. It's the worst! LMAO  

LMAO! Cold and rainy here today and it sucks. I feel ya.  

Jay, all I can say....glad you're one of the good guys!! And yes, cold is a sure sign you need to use the bathroom! 😂🤣😂  

@Erquiaga-- hahaha. I love my job, but definitely enjoy days off (technically never off duty though). :) My gf doesn't get why I can't have my back to doors, or stand/sit exposed in transitional spaces, need to back into a parking spot. Immediately secure vehicle/house, and their doors upon arrival/entry. Always check waistbands, and keep my strong side away from people, and never shake hands with my strong hand. Habits, and always on a swivel. Not paranoid by any means, I enjoy life with my family, but I also know first hand the evil that exists in our world. :(

Jay, it's such a shame the bad guys have become so pervasive. Let your girlfriend know I am understand your need to always stay safe. Grew up in a military family. My dad was the same way. 

@Lynemb- my pleasure :) we appreciate you! @jcmama777 - It is difficult, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I love it, and enjoy helping others. :) But always appreciate the love and support from the communities we serve :) @Erquiaga -- Thank you and your family for your sacrifice and service! I cannot imagine being away from my family for months, or even years at a time. Ultimate sacrifice for ones country. I have several family members that serve, or have served (retired), and am blessed to have the opportunity to serve my community in a small way. No where near the importance of my military brothers and sisters out there, but I'm trying. :)
