gooooooood morning everyone!!!!...day 399...slowly wakin up this morning...was wide awake at 2am...but dont kno why...hate having days like that...makes it really hard to get up at 4am when i usually do wake up...cut grass yesterday afternoon ....sure was a warm one yesterday...was in the 80s with a heat index..but not sure just how hot it was...we didnt really get all that much rain like was expected...another chance again today...and its gonna be another hot one...i did 13,000 steps yesterday...so was a busy day like usual...today is store day and not to sure what else is on the schedule till after i get bck from my morning workouts....its 73 outside right now..with heat index of 78...so gonna be another hot morning to go walking...not sure if i will do my 45 min walk, or the 60 min walk...the thought of going bck to bed has even crossed my mind...lol...but already drank my protein shake an hate to waste it by sleepin it off...guess im still tired from yesterdays heat...well catch everyone later!!!! think positive an have a greatttttttt day!!!!!

addon...welll...the bed called my name today...an i went bck to bed for a few...didnt go bck to sleep..just layed ther...got up looked out the window and seen the mator plant was leanin over...so went out an retied it an watered them ...rain is comin...but who knows if it will be worth callin rain....lol...just decided to take it easier today...no walk, no workout...not in the mood for it..rest up today an hit it again tomow....
