Suppose to weigh in, but not going too....Aunt Flow is visiting and I know it won't be good! So I am waiting until next week to weigh back in. I did get on the scale Friday and was down another 2lbs...hopefully that holds up! Had a pretty good weekend. We played in a 36 hour softball tournament and played 11 games, so I defiantly got plenty of exercise...eating went ok, not the best but I am ok with it. Went to the gym yesterday and that was great! I am feeling good about things right now again, not feeling "Fat" like I have been! That is a bonus for sure! Going to try to push at the gym for sure, my friend that I work out with pushes me and I appreciate that a lot! Well hope all is well with everyone! Hope you all have a Great 4th!!!

Hey girl!! Saw your chart, and congrats on the awesome job you are doing!! Nice to see that you are back at the gym again and having that other person that pushes, does help out so much more. Keep it up!!

this is great news :D good luck, and its nice to have someone who pushes you i'm thinking of starting a support group in my country for all the over weight girls in thier twinties.. it will make alot of difference, support is the only thing we can offer for each other.

Thanks for the support - it is much needed~ its refreshing and inspirational to come across people who are pushing to improve themselves despite any fall backs~ Im definitely gonna focus on what im eating and let my 12 y/o kill me in tennis!
