ok I got my labs back and I found a doc that should be good and affordable via STTM Stop The Thyroid Madness community. it's a well known book and website. so, my free t3 is low, my free t4 is very low, my cortisol is low which indicates secondary low thyroid and a pituitary problem. well duhhh, I've known/felt that for years. my bio identical hormones aren't off too much (no ovaries) but will also need adjusting. I'll call first thing tomorrow and I think there is hope. maybe then all the hard work will pay off and my fat will start to melt. I can't tell you how sad it can be to see peeps celebrating great weight loss and I'm stuck and even eating better and less. hormones will stall ya big time. ok I'll report back when I know more.
