I think I am going to start my routine as if I were returning back to work already. Today I got up for church. I made a light breakfast. I was able to say no to the coffee and donuts at church.
I needed to go to the grocery store today and actually ate before I went. That was a definite plus in buying food. However, my little munchkin was no help. He put a little dent in my pocket.
Dinner was good. I used a rub off a recipe on here and I think I can not use so much cumin, but over all it was good. We have enough left over for lunch for me and my husband tomorrow. I did have mashed cauliflower. It was very tasty. I was the only one to eat it. I made sure to have carrotts too.
I am going to try a new dessert. I will see how it turns out. The recipes on here so far have been great. We are going to try the Brushetta recipe with chicken. I know that my carbs will be up on that since that is made with stuffing.

I did notice that I am getting more protein in. I love the graph on RDI. It is helping me see where I need to improve.
