Yesterday's dinner menu:
-Pasta with aubergines, mozzarella and tomato sauce.
-Pork ribbs and potatoes backed in the oven
-Cherry crumble cake
-Chocolate and espresso homemade ice cream

All food was delicious! I have been cooking for 2 hours in a row, was so tired, but so happy about the result. I think I wont have indulgence day the coming week and maybe not even the one after...
And I cannot even check about the damage, because it's TOM again.

I took my friend to the train station, he is going back to the German city where he lives, which is few hours by train from here. It was so nice to talk again about the good old times when we were studying at university. Had so much fun yesterday atthe dinner. It's so nice to have a full and happy life again. I had doubts I could have even been happy again during summer 2011; at that time the relationship with my (ex) husband was fading away and my mum died just few months earlier and I missed her so much. I learned that whatever it happens, we are stronger than we think.
It's amazing all the emotional support I have from buddies on this website! Thanks for being such a supportive community!
