Yesterday was a good day. I forgot to journal, but did enter my food journal. I feel better. I am looking more at the labels and thinking about my choices for snacks. It is hard, but figuring out a happy medium. At least I hope I am.

Continue:
I had a light breakfast today. I didn't have any protein. Not happy about that. Then I missed lunch. I wish I hadn't, but was getting my hair done. I could of taken the easy way out and had a McDonalds meal but refrained and got Donovan a meal.
I am making salmon croquettes. I hope they turn out ok. This is my fourth recipe from the site. I have been happy with them so far. I know that the cheesecake squares are ok. I like them because they are sweet enough for my taste and my new diet.

I didn't eat a lot today, but might have ate to much during dinner, but that is to compensate for not eating at lunch. I can not do that tomorrow. I really need to eat 3 square meals a day. This skipping has made me really tired. I might break away from the normal breakfast and go for oatmeal tomorrow. Not sure. Just have to wait and see.

Keep it up!! I think using the food journal is really going to help us in the long run. I know for me it points out areas of improvement and helps me from snacking - because I don't want to write it down!
