As a scientific experiment and research for all of my friends I have tried two of the three special pancakes at IHOP in the past few days. The Kansas Carrot Cake is not too bad. The California Strawbery is like eating pure sugar.
Knowing I shouldn't have eaten either does not help. It's over with and I will be back on track tomorrow and as I have nowhere to go for several weeks I will be able to be good.

thats so funny. Will make a note of that for next time I fall off the bandwagon!! (carrot cake is my fav so the pancake version will be very intersting to try...err...in my dreams of course!

My friends love the IHOP pancakes, I think there was a cinnamon promotion going on the last time we went. IHOP, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Denny's --- there are so many brunch options in the USA! God Bless America! But I'm lucky that none of the above are in my Canadian city.
