Mmmmmm my house smells like coffee 🤗❤️ first time I used my cute little 5 cup brewer. Taking it back to the simple life. It’s the little things 🤗❤️

The smell of coffee always takes me back to spending time in summer at my grandma and grandpa’s farm. There weren’t any other coffee drinkers in my family, and I’d always wake up to the smells of coffee brewing and bacon sizzling when I’d stay with them. These are some of my happiest memories of being a kid. 🥰

Ha DP! Nice try! Never know. All I do know is how proud I am of myself. I managed to not miss a workout while they were here, never weighed or measured a thing for three weeks, and still managed to lose over two pounds, eating and enjoying every second. My mom said this morning, you can get back on track now when we leave. I immediately said “ No mom, this is how I eat all the time and plan too fir the rest of my life.” I said a couple ice creams, coconut cream pie, chips, didn’t make me fall off the wagon. I do this in moderation all the time.” She can’t grasp it. It’s amazing! I truly love this woe and life I’ve created. It’s for keeps!!

That's awesome! I have the same WOE and I hope I stick with it forever. Each day I get a little more sure of myself. But I have also gone from 185 back to 262 so don't want to get too overly confident.

Oh DP, I just put the grounds and water in for tomorrow. It doesn’t have a timer it’s super basic 😂😂 it’s just 2 less steps🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😂😂

Even doing that- I don't know why I won't- but I don't- but the few times I have- i really appreciated myself in the morning. I think I have split personalities.

This little bugger made me realize I easily drink more than 5 cups in the morning 💁🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😂😂☕️❤️
