Fresh vegetables from a garden, are fantastic! 

Wendy’s makes awesome chili especially if you add their pack of chili oil to it And that salad looks delicious with fresh garden veggies added 😋

I may have #saladgang in my blood. Can you freeze chili? Does chili have beans? A debate for the ages. 

Yes chili can be frozen and I know people will argue that chili is no beans but I think they add more fiber and texture 😋 Mine starts with onions and green peppers then the meat sautéed Add chopped tomatoes with chilies,chili powder,tomato sauce (or ketchup my choice)Add your beans (chili beans Aldi ) black beans,kidney beans even pinto beans will work Let simmer for about 40 minutes Add salt pepper and cayenne powder to your taste Do not add more than 1 can of water because my mom used to add too much and chili should not be runny texture ENJOY 😋😋😋 

I miss my garden so much. Chili is suuuuuper easy to make and you can make it a million times better than Wendy’s with minimal effort. Plus it freezes beautifully in those little Rubbermaid containers that hold a near perfect serving. 

I make chili with black beans, kidney beans, and northern beans and sometimes I even add garbanzo beans. But I also put carrots, peppers, and onions in my chili 😁. I havent made it for a long time because Im the only one who likes it like that. I love Wendys- theres so many options when youre on the run. I bought this chili with my salad a couple of days ago and didnt eat it so I had it yesterday.
