I love my Aria but it wasn't cheap, I love that it's connected to all my apps and I can track my loss (and some gains) easily.

I have an Aria also which logs my weight to Fitbit etc automatically. But it does give different weights.

Yes the floor must be level, sometimes tiles have bumps in them and the weight will change a couple of increments.

I have a tile floor and the tiles are not flat, so I give my scale up to five attempts. I have chosen the flattest tile and once I get two matching numbers then that's my weight for the day. Maybe not the most accurate way of doing it, but that's how I do it.

This is on Amazon, I just bought it you down load an app on your cell phone. It tells you everything and anyone with a cell can download the app and use it too. I love it!! :-)

Yep, I see ya ~ no suggestions on scales. Mine is a cheap old analog and does the same thing. I've considered going to digital and get an accurate reading, good or bad, and moving on. The reviews on the scale Qkell suggested above seem good. I'm going to check it out.

Hi sweetincense!! Glad to see you here 💝 Coincidentally, yesterday I was thinking exactly what you were, about your scale. My $18 (5 yrs ago) scale also gives varying weights, within a lb or 2. Sooooo, I went shopping on Amazon and from the ratings I saw, EVERY scale in a reasonable price range has the same problem. I'm gonna stick with mine and replace the rechargeable batteries on a regular basis.

And yes, the others that point the finger at the floor are correct! I now weigh-in once a week on the best floor (in the kitchen!! 😂) and once the result is the same 3x, I'm done. My old scale doesn't vary much.

I just use a simple scale. No BF, or any other fancy stuff. It works. I think it is a TAYLOR.

Even if a scale isn't completely accurate, it is going to register your weight loss over time. I use my old WII, and I just accept the first reading it gives me. Our body weight fluctuates so much over a tweny-four-hour period anyway. I don't obsess over it, as long as it continues to move in the right direction. Remember, weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Good luck on your journey!
