Hopped on the scale this morning and found I'm continuing the journey down.

Had a decent week. I did not track last weekend because my oldest and I were camping in the central New York wilderness with the Cub Scouts and there was limited cell service. Overall, I think I was pretty decent, but it was not something I was super focused on either. On the other hand, I think I've found the source of the water weight, so I will be cutting back on the trail mix I had been snacking on. It's tasty, but much that I can justify another detriment to my overarching goals.

It's Minnesota week!!! My wife and youngest are headed out to Fargo ND this afternoon. My oldest and I are going to meet them out there on Tuesday. We have karate training tonight, he has a baseball game tomorrow, and his last day of school is on Monday. I will track as best I can and most likely get my 10,000 steps, but I will probably not be overly disciplined...until we return. Needless to say, I will not be weighing in next Friday, but will see where I am when we get back. We'll land early Sunday afternoon, so (weather permitting), I'll plan to mow the lawn to offset any bloating from the plane rides.
