Today was a good day. I stayed on my food plan and no cravings. I ate my usual MIM for breakfast, salad for lunch and I had bacon and eggs for dinner. I need to look and see if I can have a snack before bed. If not I will go to sleep and start all over tomorrow. I need to try some recipes soon though because I eat the same things over and over and I don't want to get too bored. I did not go for a walk tonight because my husband did not feel up to it but I could have still walked so I just goofed off. I am back to my routine of doing affirmations and visualizations and reading my books. I need to make cleaning my apt. a priority. It is really cluttered. I found out when I was on vacation that my bathing suit doesn't fit any more so I need to buy a new one or I need to at least try to sew it so it isn't too big. I tried on some but I couldn't find a new one. Trying on bathing suits is such a pain. Now I am also back to needing to do my DVD exercises. I definitely have too much loose skin that needs to be tightened up by exercising. We are not going to the Y this summer but we will start back in the fall again. I am very relieved to be home and back on my routine. Controlling my food is so much easier in my own home. I have to develop the skills to control it everywhere if I am going to make this a permanent life change. No vacations from healthy eating...Glad to be back to all my buddies.
