I ordered the book online a few days ago, couldn't find it in the book store and didn't realize I could get the recipes online! Oh well. Too bad you left your lunch box, are there Atkins friendly choices at or around work? I think your weigh in's going to be great on Sunday, btw. 

I love her recipes!! I did get a lot off the website!! Sorry you forgot your lunch box... looks like you'll be doing the one meal a day with me today, hee hee hee.... lessin' you can get your wife to bring it to ya!!  

Its so funny that everyone thinks that everyone else must know all these website..I DONT! Maybe my search engines arent carb friendly because I have neve come across this one. Just had a little peek and it looks great! So, if you know a good website or even some good info..dont think that everyone knows..theres always someone out there that might not (its probably me!!) Are you in the middle of nowhere that your lunchbox not being around will be a problem?

I'm not familiar with these sites!! Please keep posting what you find!! Have a great weekend Dave! I'm away in New York this weekend for a wedding. I won't be weighing in again until Monday. I'm so scared!! 

flies back in pattin me tum tum... mixed salad and chicken cubes all mixed together... twas yummy ... got it in a local shop (I work over 60 miles from home, which in Ireland could mean half a days drive lol). OOooo... thanks for the sites, I haven't heard of them before! =D Don't ya just hate it when you leave a perfectly good packed meal at home and there is "no turning back" to get it?! I've done that many times, but well, then I have to be creative and out to lunch. Thanks for sharing the sites! =D Have a great weekend, ... wishing ya happy weigh in! :)

I agree - we are all off to clearer skies this next week. It was a rough one - but it's almost over!!!! I think you have done great, Dave - and the scales will show that!! 

I'm so glad that there was a local shop carrying Yummy foods to help save Dave/Daithi from starvation! Take it from me, it's the pits! :)
