Well here it goes again I am starting my Fatsmash diet once again. Went to Celebrity fit club web site read testimonials and was inspired to get back on track with this diet. The first time me and my hubby did this diet we really did well. Unfortunately we had valentines day and I cooked a very fattening meal and we strayed and fell off the diet from then. I just started P90X extreme work out system been doing it for going on 3 weeks now work out six days a week. I now realize that no matter how much working out that you do it means nothing if you are not eating right. Just came from Walmart stocked up on brown rice beans fruits and vegies. Already have tons of egg whites I eat those all the time now. really do not care to even eat regular eggs anymore. I have gained four pounds but those pounds are out of here Detox here I come.

My Goals are to tone and lose at least 20 pounds preferably weigh 150 when all is said and done.

You sound motivated. Im rooting for you...btw if you register with sparkpeople.com they have a group for ppl that are doing P90x if you're looking for a lil extra motivation. have a good one, peace

Hello. I was looking at you height and measurments and realize we are very similar. i am 5'7" sw-181.4 cw 173.6 Chest-38 Waist 31 Hips 42 cup size 34 F or 34 DDD My goal is also 150 pounds anything less and I will look ill..LOL My husband is doing the Fat Smash Lifestyle and I am doing the Extreme Fat Smash Healthy Lifestyle. He wants to order the P90x since I work out at the gym. We are doing it together and it makes it so much easier to have that constant motivation. You are doing great after Detox you will be back on track.

Wow we are twins. I am hoping that my girls will get a little smaller when I lose some of my fat. They have gotten bigger with my weight gain. I was a DD but with 25 pounds weight gain they have just been growing and growing. My husband loves it but I cannot fit a lot of my cute little small tops. Use to could wear smalls not anymore. Tell ure hubby that P90X has a money back 90 day gurantee right now so now is the time to purchase it because if he does not like it he can send it back and get back all of his money. I was afraid at first from reading many reviews about how hard it is supposed to be. Suprisingly I have been pushing through each workout. I am doing the lean version not trying to be yoked like a guy want to be toned and lean. I have an idea lets have a friendly challenge/competition since we are almost the same. Lets see who can lose 20 pounds first. Doing it healthfully ofcourse. I am sure that this will inspire us both to stick and be focussed on our weight loss goals. My motto from Jenny Craig Progress not Perfection.
