42.4% Better! Can't wait to get past this bumpy period into a new low. (and then on to my mini-goal). It's Sunday, and besides cleaning house, I have no other plans. So I have no excuse not to eat really well and exercise. I want to go down and get that menu planner from the dollar store. Its a little ways but I think I'll walk.

omigosh, that is my very favorite quote! I have it in my fs signature. :) Now I am wondering if a dry erase board would be better. The one I was looking at was paper pages. My walk to the dollar store did not come to pass, I am afraid, but it was not my fault! the dollar store is actually in the next town, but I live right on the border so its very close. but I have to walk over a large traffic-filled bridge to get there, and I did not realize that, unlike the traffic bridge on the other side of town, this one does not have a partition to keep walkers safe from trucks. So, I think I'll just take my car and keep my walking to stores in the other direction. :/
