from my 2 year check, I've been bouncing around between 175 and 178...still feel like I need to eat way more often than I should, but not eating bad - talked to my Primary about medication and that I didn't want to have to drive 2+ hours for a 10 min appointment, so he said he could prescribe it for me. Been on Phentermine for a couple weeks now, and down 10lbs...not hungry, no jitters or mood swings, and the amount I SHOULD be eating with the sleeve is filling me up and not hungry so soon after...so far so good - don't plan on using this aid for more than a couple months, so I should be able to hit my goal of 158 - 10lbs to go. I'll probably stay on it thru Thanksgiving, since we will be at a huge family dinner with my youngest daughter's family (can't wait!) and there's going to be a TON of food :)
