Wow! Just one pound left? You must feel great! 

YES!! well.. no..lol.. 1 pound till i hit my ticker goal... my goal for 2012 is to be 165 again... once i hit my ticker goal i'll be less than 5 lbs away from my 2012 goal!.. i still have 2 weeks till my cruise so i'm going to push ahead and see what i can accomplish! 

You're on a roll... don't screw it up ;) 

@ cj no sir! i'm anticipating a pause in the drop in weight.. but while its going on i'm a keep it movin :)... 14 more days for cruise buckle down.. and afterwards i'm feeling so good about keeping this going :) 

Dont anticipate a pause. Stay positive and resist temptation! Visualize your victory and you're going to get it. 

WOW YOU ARE A MACHINE!!! You will totally reach your mini goal for the cruise and hit your 2012 goal months ahead of schedule! if I can offer a suggestion up your volume of food with out upping your calories - more lettuce, spinach you know all the zero calorie foods - broths etc! It is supposed to help your body think there is an abundance of food and there for turn op your metabolism!! Worth a try?  

Oh absolutely!! Dinner was lean porkchops and a bunch of steamed green beans tossed with a bit of olive oil and slightly seasoned .. Trying to pump up those greens!!
