It feels so good to be back on track with eating healthy and walking again. I'm going to start adding some more exercise in. I was thinking weights, and trying out different cardio machines at the gym.

Good for you!! Something that is simple that I've found works wonders without the gym is push-ups. Varying how far apart you put your arms and keeping your form right can work your arms, chest, and abs. Weights are great too, and if you are a gym member use those cardio machines. I used to go to the gym and felt silly using the machines I wasn't familiar with, but you've got to start somewhere and eventually I knew what I was doing. If you do the hand weights make sure you have a good plan as to what you want to work, otherwise you may feel defeated looking at that weight rack. Good luck!!

thanks lol ya I usually look like a fool walking around the gym trying to figure out how to use the weight machines.

That's a good idea! I soooo need to do something for my arms and get more serious about my abs, I just keep putting it off. I am pretty attached to the elliptical and running on the treadmill, so I don't think those Arc trainers are for me. And I hate it when I can't have an elliptical with arm poles! There may be other options, but I have reached the end of my branching out options. Good for you for doing it!

My arms are bad :P lol they need lots of work...I don't like the Arc trainers either, I tried the elliptical out today, I love it,so i think that's what I'll stick to for now.
