Hey guys!

How is everyone? I've been a bit MIA lately,

Been busy with school and what not!

I'm feeling a lot better :). But have been super busy with uni!

Diet is looking up, which is great! yay

Not far from my goal which is awesome, I had a terrible gain yesterday but hopefully today's weigh in will make me happy :D

I hope everyone has an amazing weekend I know mine will be busy I have a charity event to go to. As well as heaps of studying for next weeks mid-terms

Your post reminded me of college. My college friends (and myself)didn't like the fact that we were wished "Good Luck" on exams because a lot of hard work was put into preparing...not luck! So we simply said "Do Good Work" to each other. So.."do good work" on your midterms! :)

Hey Chikaroo :) I WAS just wondering yesterday what your yum yum was! haha Glad you posted the pic--it's like our Romaine noodles here AND they are scrumptious!I worry about the salt content though,so don't use all the seasoning packet in it...sometimes I will switch to a chinese sauce (like Hoisen or stir-fry sauce)instead and bulk it up w/ frozen asian veggies--SUPER scrumptalicious! And I'll second "Do Good Work" w/ buddy Mel for mid-terms! CHOW!

melme: I totally agree with the luck thing! And thanks for the good luck wishes :D Stehanie: Oh yumyum is one of my vices! Definately, but I love that good ol HOT kick they give :D. Yum!!! I love Hoisen sauce and the paste too. Thanks :) I aim to blow these ones out of the water!

I really like your hair colour! I wanted to dye mine in blue, a few years ago. But I'm getting too old now for this kind of thing lol! Have a great weekend, and "do good work"!
