Food still a little too high last night (have not finished logging the evening after dinner)
But I DID force myself to 10k steps. I had no morning walk and I had 3k to go when I got home at 9:00PM from a coaching session with a team member so I queued up Netflix for the Wii put in Hook and walked, ran, danced in place three different times during the movie to get my 10,000 in :)
Well the Old man is at least acknowledging my efforts still not back to my current low point but only 1.5 away. Will hopefully record a weigh-in in the next few days.
