My son and his wife are jetski racers and he is a world and national champion. this weekend they had another race and both of them kicked butt. My son got 1st pace in all 4 heats which is really awesome and his wife is competing in the same pro class, the only woman on the team and she came in 6th and 7th placements which is a vast improvement for her. This is her first year to compete at pro level.

They both workout vigorously to handle the physical demands of the racing. It has really paid off for both of them.

yes, they eat and workout to build that stamina, it is great that they eat so well.

What an interesting sport! I don't hear too much about jetski racing. That would be fun to watch (sitting at the beach instead of an outdoor stadium sounds fine to me). Congratulations on their wins!

thanks Nikeit and thenester, it is a passion to them. My son has been racing from age 15, he was underage back then and just loves it. His wife is younger and she converted from a stand up to the sit down heavier machine. She has really stepped up her game this year. Their sponsors have to be pretty darn happy they decided to sponsor her too. She is the only female this year and she is stunning. Nothing like having a rider looking like this happy couple to promote your boats!

socalPam, it is supposed to be televised on cable this week. I know my husband will want me to record it. He loves watching and almost went up there this weekend. Chicago, Illinois for the 4th round of the P1 Aqua X . P1 AquaX is the name of the jetski tour.
