Started day 6 of healing fast as of 1pm today. Hunger has gone way down. Didn't sleep well at all last night - tossed and turned - it was either hip flexors or knee pain or my throat kept closing and I couldn't breath. Finally got some sleep 4-6 then 8-10. Helped friend at storage unit this am which took lot of energy even though I moved at a snail's pace. Came home and noticed both knees were blotchy red. That's new to me and it would be just great if that is the start of some knee healing. Gone now, so I'm glad I noticed it. Not bothering me to talk about food or get out ingredients for hubby dinner, so that's nice. Hope everyone's having a good day:)
