Yummm. Growing up we ate Jim Dandy's from Friendly's. The days I could eat all that I wanted. Memory's.

Hi Patty, it is heavy cream I whipped up. 4 tablespoons.

How bad do you want this? Make your own. Portion control and discipline. . Most commercial ice cream scoops are either 2 or 3 tablespoons. I buy or make my own strawberry ice cream (Haggan Daz), I make my own deep chocolate gelato and I make an incredible pineapple- coconut ice cream. I cut a banana in half then split it. Use my 2 tablespoon ice cream scoop and place on banana. I use real sauces 1 tablespoon of each— Ghirardelli salted caramel, Torani chocolate Carmel and fresh strawberries. Dab of real, unsweetened whipped cream. You get to satiate your craving without quite blowing the day. Allowing occasion things that you really want is what a lifestyle change is about. You are not CHEATING. you will have included this in your overal plan for your day. Tomorrow is just another day and you continue forward. I also make fabulous popsicles— so many different shapes and sizes out there. I usually make single ones (portion control) , always in the freezer. My fudgescicles put the original to shame. Nothing diet about them but they are portion controlled. I have a young friend age almost 13 who is a marathon runner now. So proud. Anyway, her current favorite is cucumber lime.

Yes Kenna! They call them here Mangonadas. They make them in small plastic cups with a little stick in the middle. Awesome!
