SO I woke up this morning ready to cook up a week's worth of breakfasts, my LC Gravy that I use for just about everything, and meal plan for the coming week.

To my amazement, my cupboards told a complete story of how OFF-Track I had gotten over the past 4 years. There were chips, cookies, sodas, lots of pasta, and absolutely no LC staple items for me to cook with. OMG....

So my day has been kinda mopey now. How could I have let it get this bad just because of a knee injury? I guess somewhere a long the way I gave up and it shows in my home, in my pantry and definitely in my weight.

It's amazing how a change of viewpoint makes you see things in a completely different way. I woke up two days ago from a mindless trance that had my family eating trash. It was so easy to blindly fall back into the world of compulsion eating on a fast food diet. Live with the sheep, die like the sheep.

No more. I must go shopping and get my household back on track. Do others just live in a daze like that?

Good for you! And yes, I think that everyone is in a daze. It’s easier than acknowledging what they’re actually doing to themselves and their family by eating “normal”.

I live alone and pfind it hard to stay on track but my home is where I can recalibrate because I get off track at work or out with friends usually. You will get to where you want to be, one step at a time!
