So good to see my Mom!!
The 1 beer tasted good. The 2 slices of pizza were amazing.
I am GUILT FREE! Only because today I am back at it.
My labs are all good except for my vitamin D. So I will get a supplement for that.
I am going to cancel the appointment with the PA on Thursday since everything is ok.
I have an appointment with my primary in Sept. If the scale is slow moving then, I will address the hormones with her again. I really do like her.
Today Mom and I will take my Mother in Law shopping. I mentioned that MIL has Alzheimer's and I am PT care giver. Well, she has developed a significant sweet tooth which has added to a significant weight gain. But that is on FIL, he is FT care taker and buys all of the crap. So we will be buying her some new clothes today that will fit.
My Mom brought me some jewelry that my beloved Grandmother left me. I miss her so.
Very nice to be able to wear something she adored.
Today is a good day. I hope the same for all of you!
