My Mom flies in today. :) I am not weighing in. I wanted to be in the 130's when she gets here, in my mind I am. LOL
I am going to treat myself to a craft beer today. We always stop at a local spot on the way home from the airport and I love a coconut porter. I deserve it, what is all the work for if you can't treat yourself?
I had labs done on Friday and have a follow up Thursday. I think I mentioned that my GP is refusing to test my hormone levels (I had a partial hysterectomy 2014). The follow up is with PA, nice guy and a friend of my husbands. I am going to ask him to do the hormone labs.
I am really looking forward to my visit with my Mom. My Grandmother, who was my very best friend in the world, my Mothers Mother, passed away last year July 29th. It has been devastating for me to learn to live this life without her. I am going to enjoy my time with my Mother.

Enjoy your beer! And I hope you can get your PA to test you hormone levels. Seems crazy that your doc won’t do it...

have fun with mom! find a new doc because they won't know what to do with the results. it's hard to find a doc that knows compounding without being a money hog , in it for fame. my first gyn.after my surgery literally had be on 0 estrogen because she was clueless how to prescribe it. long story, HAVE FUN. ENJOY the crack beer, I mean craft beer for me, cheers! 🍻
