@mummy go to the home screen of the app and in the bottom right you'll see a camera 📸 and a pencil ✏ ... To just post text choose the pencil and to post pictures the camera... You do have to link them to a meal of the day OK but it makes no odds on your food journal, hope this helps ☺ 👍
