Was happy to see the scale still moving in the downward direction this morning. I was at 140.6, which was surprising since I've been loading up on the salt lately (Aunt Flo is around the corner so salt and chocolate are on the menu, lol). Will be interesting to see if the trend continues over the weekend for a solid loss by Monday. Had to come back to work today, so no workout this morning. Hoping to get one in later this afternoon, before supper. Really trying to get back on track with the exercise in hopes of helping the last 16 pounds just jump off of me. I was impressed with myself with what muscle I have already gained, mainly in my upper body, given my sporadic workouts. Gives me hope!! My shorts have been getting looser on me, which is motivating too. Hope everyone has great Thursday. The weekend is almost here!
