Day 5 Cycle 1....going GREAT! I feel so good about the EFS diet...so much more to work with and so much more committed! Being able to snack and have something different is so much better! I can't wait until Sunday when I officially weigh in....I did cheat on that, wanted to be sure I am getting some where this time, so I just got on the scale last night right before bed and low and behold I was down in weight....surprised because it was evening and I had just got done eating a pear....I am so stoked to see what Sunday brings!!! I know in the past when I weighed in at night my weight was up and if frustrated me, not this time! :-)

"Today's Meals"
Breakfast: Smoothie and a pear
Meal #2: small salad and 1 cup of OJ
Meal #3: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup beans and 2 TBSP green chili
Meal #4: Not sure yet, might be going out to dinner with friends, so just depends...will shoot for a small piece of chicken or salad hopefully!

Exercise: Rest day...but going to try to do the elliptical tonight after work and then have a softball game again!

Things are going so great and I have such a positive attitude this time...just like the first round of Fat Smash...I am so stoked and I just know that I will finally see the results that I have been waiting for....fingers crossed!!!!
