BP 126 / 85 this morning at Oncologist. Got my shot, so fingers crossed for tomorrow. Round 4 of chemo in one day, here I come.

Since it is throwback Thursday, here I am with my brother John from March 2017. I miss my hair! Hope you all have a terrific Thursday.

My Aunt lost her hair taken heavy doses of chemo. When she finished up the chemo and her hair grew back it was thick and gorgeous. It will grow back. I bet you're still beautiful. Keep your chin up.💗😄

And just when you think you need to complain because the scale went up during a weigh in and you then read an inspirational post like this one...get it into check everyone be thankful your alive...Thank you for sharing this post and thank you for a reality check...your an inspiration... love your positive energy;)

Jeannie this is the second time i have tried to send you a note... so will try again... sis... I went thu 2 rounds of chemo and stem cell trans plant. 2 year program with lot's of Dr visits... it is rough and tough but it has been worth it all...........thu all this I stayed low carb did not loose a lot but did not gain....slowly from 358 slowly down to 138 when you stay totally low carb you are never hungry.. if you get empty you eat some yummy low carb food... so good luck to you let me know how it goes.... I am with you all the way...
