Gained weight:( I just need to stay off the scale, lol. Anyways, not mych going on here. Going to finish working out and cleaning. Taking the kids in to the dr for a check up and grocery shopping. Busy week this week, I am making another cake. This one is for my sisters gratuation on Saturday. Hope it turns out well. My6 carple tunnel is acting up in a bad way. I couldn't even open the pb jar this morning without severe pain in my wrist and my typing is terrible. More yoga I guess! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I am having a terrible time sleeping. I got a app on my phone to moniter my sleeping and tried it out last night. Says I had 27% or two hours of deep sleep. 30 min at 2, an hour from 3-4, and 30 min at 4:30. The rest were spikes of turning and light sleep. This has been going on for a couple of weeks and I just now can really see how I am sleeping. Going to keep trying for a couple weeks and see what it shows. No wonder I am so tired!! Hope everyone has a great day.
