I am so proud. I have lost more weight than i thought i would and have been able to stay in induction for over a month closer to a month and a half now.

i travel a lot for business and everyone kept telling me this weekend how great i looked!!! it was great and even though i still have a ways to go, i feel a sense of accomplishment.

it was a true test to stick to atkins this weekend since all the meals were provided by the co. but i bought a salad (dressing on the side) prior to the meetings and ate that b4 i had to go eat with everyone else so i wouldn't feel hungry.

sometimes it's hard and i really wanted pancakes yesterday, but it's never so hard that i can't stand not to eat something it just requires lot's of will power.
