That's pretty darn good! I had concerns because it is shark week, I've been under a lot of stress this week, I've gone out to eat a few times this week (which is very difficult when adjusting to a new WOE), not to mention Valentine's festivities, which included a fancy dinner last weekend and a gourmet truffle on the day. 😍
Anyway, really pleased, because it means this new WOE is working for me. I'm currently living 80/20 and having to be more conscious about what I'm eating, but I actually like it.
Not sure what to expect for next week. Having my wisdom teeth pulled on Monday, so I will be skipping at least 2 workouts. 😔 Also, recovery. When I had a root canal a couple of years ago, I had a small gain due to fluid retention from antibiotics. So next week will be what it is.

EDIT: BLUE!!!! It's blue! 😍😍😍😗😗😗 I didn't know if I would ever see it. Especially when I began this journey. Seeing that ticker change is just so motivating! Gah! I'm so happy!!
