Day # 1- 8:45a: So far so good but hey it's only 8:45a. Ate my breakfast and it was damn good! ...I plan to go for a walk after work....lets see how I do. Only told 2 people I am on this new lifestyle but its Ok the 1st person was too busy talking over me to hear and the second just laughs/smiles cause he knows it will not last...I forewarned him...If I am on a Bitch rollercoaster it is because of this new paln ok!

10a: Ok 2 hrs into this...here at work ...and I am still full from Bfast....whoot whoot I have not cheated.....come on I can do this ....Felling proud of me!

3:05. Blood sugar 126...still not hungry almost through half the day....plz baby Jesus make this process just as smooth as it is today! :)

4p and I am done with work today...no cheating ! now to face the ride home, then the afternoon walk.... this day was not haard at all...i did NOT drink enough during the day so tomorrow I need to bring in some coconut water....only had about @ 4 cups of fluids so far....
