I didn't have a big loss, but I didn't gain, so I'm happy. I was feeling terrible all weekend, so I ended up not getting any workouts in, mostly resting. I even took a nap on Saturday, which is not typical for me. I didn't get a workout in this morning either because I didn't sleep well and was up most of the night. I'm feeling a little better today though, so maybe all of the resting over the weekend made for a restless night last night.

I've debated working today, but I'll probably get about as much rest at work as at home, so I'm working. I've got my healthy snacks and meals ready, so hopefully I'll be able to stick to them. I'm going to try to do a workout this evening too. Hopefully I can get back on track with a.m. workouts tomorrow.

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Now it's time to get back to the grind.

Patty- I'll take it! I've got a goal of .5 lbs per week, so even with some not so great eating habits, I got close. I'm happy with any loss right now when I'm just starting to get back on track.
