Hi all. Looking back at my journal I realize I've been fighting off some kind of winter illness for about a month. No fun!! Things have also been busy/stressful at work. Nothing terrible, just me trying to figure out my time management and how to triage my work so that I focus on the most important things without sweating the small stuff. Easier said than done. Anyway, that's why I haven't been around much lately. :)

Weight is steady, which I'm happy about. I haven't been following SB strictly (in fact I'm not sure where my book is and don't really remember much of anything about phase 3), but am eating pretty well and maintaining portion control. Can't wait to be more energetic and healthy again! Hope you're all doing well.

Nice to hear from you again :)....When you figure out the whole time management thingy - let me know! It is currently my biggest challenge - far more work than time to accomplish it. But that seems to be the way things are in this day and age. Glad to hear you are doing well and maintaining your loss - very inspiring!

Look at you!! Floatin' below that LINE!! Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling good... it sure it goin' round! I got my 6yr old coughin n sneezin' something awful today, too. Looks like you are staying right on track!! AWESOME!
