I finally weighed in this morning, and I've just gone up since Thanksgiving and it was time to make the gain official. Hopefully, with some work I will get this back down. I am going to take some measurements too because I feel like that is a better way to really know my progress.

Today will not be a great day, I was up at midnight and pretty much all through the night feeling sick to my stomach. I don't know if it's a bug, something I ate, or just eating so much junk over the last few days. Now I have to work and I'm exhausted, it's going to be a long day. I do have all of my junk food packed up for work and if it doesn't get eaten there, I'm throwing it all out.

My husband is starting this week trying to make some better choices too. Our shopping this weekend was not great because of all of the people at our house and making a quick trip, but we'll just make due this week. We have our plan for shopping next weekend and we're going to try to figure out what to make for healthy dinners and lunches. We're both ready to make a change and have a goal of our family trip in June. I will never wear a bikini, but if we're able to do activities and not get winded or just feel tired after a few minutes, I'll be happy.
