The it says1.8 lbs cause I weighed my on my house scale and got 223.4lbs so minus today's weigh in gave me the 1.8lbs but if I waited my 30days like normally today I would have shown a 5.2lb lost for 30 days any way you cut it..it still good.!!! 

It's a positive Win! Good work!

Fritzy, Looking over your journal you've done really well.Hey let's follow each other to give support.That will our moto ..For the Summer Time!!! Bunny& I will be heading for York, maine there's a large Murphy Clan plus his wife's mom&dad, brothers&sisters etc. everyone hangs at the lake all summer.People come and go...come&go, weekends are the best as I remember.because of my injuries we haven't been up about 4 yrs.so now that I'm walking again and getting in shape""again", I want to take my shirt off,relax around the beach and feel good about myself again. That's one of my reasons besides being in better health but that's a good one.hahaha What about yourself.are you getting ready for anything? 

Hey Murph I hear ya and I'm in better health but I'm still not takin my shirt off lol! We'll be at a campground Salisbury, Ma. Last year we stayed in Wells! Small world! Merry Christmas my friend!

Castlegull, I looked in your journal. ya I'll tell you these days it's just the little things at one time we'd take for granted like you buying size 42 when you'd been wearing 44 and you tried them on any way and they fit! haha surprise...with me all of sudden I able to button my zipper. I'm like check this out! ya that's what it is.  

Ya, fried clams,steamers😁lobsta,halibut,scallops and that's just for starters.There's a place just down the road.It's set like Mickey D's. look at the pictures and put your order in. eat in or take out...I buy extra fried clams and leave at my night.this way when I start dreaming how good they were I reach over and get some..get some baby!haha  

E!!! Congratulations my friend! You’re getting lean and mean! Woohoo! Omgosh. Summer at a lake sounds wonderful! I can only imagine how much you’ve missed going and how excited you are (and proud!) that you’ll be able to go again. You’re rocking it dude! ❤️
