Ok I've been MIA for about a month. Sorry friends---checked your journals and see you've had the same up and downs I've had. Was out of town for about 3 weeks and away from my computer. We were on a long 16 day cruise to HI; then spent time in Coronado CA for my husbands 50th anniversary of the Navy Seal Team---he is one of the first 50 Navy Seals. Party, party,party----eat,eat,eat----and alittle drinking too. And monday we leave for another cruise. It's with my excercise group---should be fun---excercise to eat. Then I have Mother's Day dinner and my grand daughters grad party to stay strong at. Not a bad problems---really such fun. Missed my two babies (puppies); they have been staying with my daughter. Will try to get back before June but STAY STRONG everyone.
