well i've been at my aunts house for about a week and that was a pretty hard week cause there was rice and a whole bunch of carb foods i did really well till saturday nite came and i was so upset with leni and so i had a gotta have it founders favorite from coldstone and i really felt bad but for the next 2 days after dat i kept on eating carbs i wasnt eating alot of food but i was still eating them .. and also i had my period too.. i'm sure if i hadnt cheated those couple of days that i would have lost a couple more pounds but its all good.. now that i'm back home and i've done my grocery shopping i can get back in the game.. i bought a whole bunch of vegetables and also for those days that i really feel like i need some carbs i bought some low carb peanut butter and also some low carb bread.. cause i tend to have a thing for peanut butter sandwiches.. so yeah thats pretty much all i have to say.. i am kinda suprised that i lost some of the weight though.. now i know that if i really follow the diet plan closely that i will get down to my goal weight i just have to not let alot of things get to me .. cause i know that when i'm home i stress out way too much.. i'm just gonna let things go... for now.. i'm not gonna argue or get upet.. i'm really going to try
