Not a bad weight in after a cheat day. 226.6

As noted yesterday, I drank a ton of beer Weds. So Thursday we declared an emergency cheat day. We ordered some middle eastern food for dinner, and generally pigged out. It was all I could handle. I went to bed at 9PM to try to get back to "normal".

This AM i got up around 720 and hustled to try and get a bike ride in. I started using Google Tracks because my other sports app sucks so much. It seemed to crash every time I did an epic workout. I get these things to make my workout's easier on me. Hell, half the time I forget to start or stop it, I dont need a crappy app crashing on me. Well, google tracks did a nice job and says I did 47 minutes and 7.57 miles. Probably pretty slow on a bike, but it was hot as heck out. Its 108F right now. I think after my bike ride it said 103F. I turned around on time this week and did not overdo it. I was hurting, but not near death as usual, lol

I am likely changing my cheat day to Thursday also, because that is my Friday here in Bahrain. Then I can have pizza or whatever with the family and then begin the weekend with working out and cooking healthy. Plus we can hit up the markets on Friday AM. I think it will make more sense for us here.

Anyway, back to my other assignment for today, a 2500 word paper on Hurricane Hunter's.
